Whether you've stopped in for a meal on your travels or found us online from the other side of Australia, we're grateful you've chosen Bushcraft Cafe.
Every order is packed with care before leaving Girilambone and heading to its new home.
Shipping
We ship Australia wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2-5 business days. During busy periods or for handcrafted items, dispatch may take a little longer. If that's the case, we'll let you know.
Once your order has been sent, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Our Products
Our leather and canvas products are proudly Australian made using quality Australian materials.
Because they're handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly the same. Small variations in colour, grain and markings are all part of the character of genuine leather and make every piece unique.
Returns
If something isn't quite right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong product, we'll work with you to make it right as quickly as we can.

Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind, please contact us before returning your order.
Items must be:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return postage for change of mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they're faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you ship Australia wide?
We certainly do. Whether you're in the city, the bush or somewhere in between, we can deliver Australia wide.
Can I visit the cafe as well?
Absolutely.
If you're travelling through, we'd love you to pull in, grab a meal, enjoy a coffee and have a look through the shop while you're here.

Are your products really Australian made?
Yes, they are.
Every piece is made by us in our Girilambone workshop. It's honest craftsmanship, quality materials, and gear that's built to be used for years to come.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2-5 business days.
Delivery times then depend on your location and the courier.
Can I send one as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our products make great gifts. If you're sending directly to someone special, simply enter their delivery details during checkout.
